Easy Invoice ("the App") is a GST billing and invoice management application for Indian businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how information entered into the App is stored and used.

1. Information You Enter

The App lets you enter and store the following information to generate invoices:

Business profile: business name, GSTIN, address, state code, email, and phone number.
Client details: client name, GSTIN, address, state code, email, and phone number.
Items / products: item name, HSN code, price, and GST rate.
Invoices: invoice number, date, line items, GST amounts, grand total, and payment status.

2. How Data Is Stored

All data is stored exclusively on your device. The App uses an on-device SQLite database. No information is transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party. The developer has no access to any data you enter into the App.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect usage analytics or crash reports.
The App does not display advertisements and does not share data with advertising networks.
The App does not require a user account or login.
The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, or any other device permission beyond storage.
The App does not access the internet.

4. PDF Generation and Sharing

When you generate an invoice PDF, it is created locally on your device. If you choose to share the PDF (e.g., via WhatsApp, email, or another app), that share is initiated entirely by you using your device's standard share mechanism. The developer has no involvement in or visibility into what you share or with whom.

5. Backup and Export

The App provides an optional backup/export feature that saves your data to a file on your device. The backup file stays on your device unless you explicitly copy or share it. The developer does not have access to backup files.

6. Data Deletion

All data can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the App, which removes the on-device database, or by clearing App data from your device's Settings. Because data never leaves your device, there is nothing for the developer to delete on your behalf.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the revised version will be made available at the same URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
